Multi-National Champion Filomena has developed into a beautiful mare with correct conformation and an incredible topline. She engages her hindquarters and demonstrates powerful elevated movement. Filomena was is a Multi-National Grand Champion mare in-hand and performance, and is a Reserve Grand National Champion Junior mare (2008), along with multiple Regional Championship titles. Sired by multiple National Champion Santiago, and out of the lovely Champion mare Elegante Cielita, Filomena has some of the best Spanish bloodlines and lineage. She has a sweet personality - she wants to please and wants to be with people. She is trained to drive, and is beginning work under saddle. Filomena is confirmed in-foal to PRE black stallion Fandango del Sol for an April 2010 foal.

"Lena" is our rare chestnut 2004 Spanish-Norman mare by pure Spanish stallion Botijo M and out of a lovely black Percheron mare. She has an unflappable, level-headed temperament and adores people. She has showy, powerful movement that makes you stop and stare at her as she frolics in the pasture. At the 2006 IALHA Baroque Horse Festival (Elkhorn, WI) she won Half-Andalusian Best Movement out of nine competitors, and then went onto to receive a 2nd place in her halter class. She is a show-stopper. She is 17 hands, but has an elegant build and beautiful lines that confirms her Andalusian parentage. "Lena" has produced a gorgeous colt (Altair A) by Campanero foaled 7/17/09.
